重视早产儿早发型败血症的抗生素准确使用

早产儿早发型败血症（EOS）的抗生素应用不规范目前在我国是普遍现象，湖南省新生儿科专家制定了关于早产儿早发型败血症的诊断与抗生素使用的专家共识[中国当代儿科杂志，2020，22（1）：1-6]，对业内抗生素的规范使用有积极作用。基于此共识建议，该述评提出，要准确使用抗生素，首先必须准确识别早产儿EOS，对其临床表现和病史需准确认识，实验室检查结果需准确评价，并对早产儿EOS抗生素的使用提出了建议。
